With +5000 registered attendees, 6 keynote presentations, 3 super sessions and 7 breakout sessions the Dell Technologies World 2019 was a big success. Van Straaten was honored to partner up with Dell and invision to create a stunning visual experience

For this years Dell Technology World, Dell together with Invision wanted to create something very special and provide the attendees with a (very) big surprise. The idea? A big eye-catching screen to show created visuals for a series of executive keynotes, regional super sessions, and a collection of breakout sessions. Dell and Invision worked hand-in-hand with the crew of van Straaten to create and ensure an oustanding experience for the attendees.

For the production of the XXXL custom projection screen, Dell and invision turned to van Straaten due to their good reputation and perfectly applicable set of skills regarding aluminum bending techniques. Van Straaten was able to work closely together with the different AV partners which required a quick set up of the enormous structure.

Dell wanted to submerge the audience in a digital world with a 360 degree XXXL custom projection screen.

For this project van Straaten designed a XXXL custom projection screen, made of bent aluminum profile type 2-channel, only used on the top and bottom. The fabric was made out of SEAMLESS 396 cm wide white Decotex, van Straaten’s bestseller, a classic, reliable Crease-resistant display fabric for frame systems, banners and advertising, among others (print up to 497 cm). Finished with pole pocket on top and bottom and hard keder inserted into the pole pocket.
