Are you a participant in the Van Straaten Textile Recycle Service? Then you can request a certificate as proof of your participation. It is useful for your own sustainability reporting, for tenders, and for showing your clients that your used visuals are processed responsibly.
When do you receive a certificate?
The certificate is only issued once you have participated in the program for at least one full period. A period runs from 1 September to 31 August. Your participation must be verifiable in our records. We therefore first check whether we processed materials for you within the program during that period. Without verifiable participation, we do not issue a certificate.
How do you request one?
You can request a certificate in two ways:
- Contact your account manager.
- Fill in the request form on this page.
We confirm your request within two working days and then verify your participation. If everything checks out, you will receive your personal certificate as a PDF, with a unique certificate number and the date of issue.
Good to know
A certificate is valid for one period. After 1 September, the certificate for the previous period expires. If you continue to participate, you can receive a new certificate for the current period. Only use the certificate for the materials and the period it covers. In case of incorrect use, we reserve the right to withdraw the certificate.
