High opacity, coating-free. That’s what makes this fabric different.
Most block-out fabrics achieve their light-blocking effect through a black coating applied to the back of the material. It works, but that coating also makes the fabric impossible to recycle. The two materials can’t be separated, so after use the fabric ends up as waste.

Mono Circular BlockOut achieves a similar dim-out performance without any coating at all. The opacity is built entirely into the fabric structure. Because it’s 100% single-material polyester, it can be recycled textile-to-textile at Level 5, one of the highest recycling classifications available. That’s what “circular” means in practice: a material that is truly designed to go around again.

Ideal for standbuilding
Available up to 510 cm wide, this fabric is the right choice for the largest exhibition builds, hanging signs, eye-catchers and tension frame systems where seamless coverage matters. The soft, crease-resistant construction means it installs cleanly straight from roll to frame, with no conditioning required on-site.
Printed with Van Straaten’s dye-sublimation process, colour accuracy and brand consistency are guaranteed across every panel. The fabric can be effortlessly folded and transported for temporary or touring installations.

At the end of the campaign, used visuals can be returned through Van Straaten’s Textile Recycle Service and recycled through our closed-loop system, turning a disposable material into a circular one.
