NATO SUMMIT

Limited accessibility during NATO Summit 2025

From Sunday, June 22 at 1:00 PM until Friday morning, June 27 at 5:00 AM, Van Straaten will be less accessible than usual. During this time, the NATO Summit will take place at and around Schiphol Airport. The Polderbaan runway will be used for the arrival of world leaders, which means some nearby roads will be closed.

Our location remains accessible, but only via a detour: follow the route through Zwanenburg and the N519 (IJweg). Please note that the A5 and part of the Schipholweg (N232) will be closed.

What does this mean for you?

We’re here to help as always, but due to the road closures, deliveries or pick-ups may take a little more time. We may also be less flexible when it comes to last-minute requests. Our advice:

👉 Place your order in time
👉 Coordinate any drop-off or pick-up with your regular contact
👉 Allow for extra travel time if you plan to visit us
