The Annual IPCPR Convention & International Trade Show is the biggest and best event of the year for the premium tobacco industry. A place where the full tobacco industry displays their newest high quality products, and a place where customers and other interested parties discover new and exciting products and merchandise. IPCPR was held at the Sands Expo Convention Center, a large expo hall located in Vegas, with 2.25 million square feet of expo space and 5 exhibit halls.
Why Van Straaten?
Family-owned Royal Agio Cigars, one of the largest cigar manufacturers in Europe, was once again featured at the IPCPR in 2019. Agio produces 750 million cigars for customers in more than 100 countries. Van Straaten’s US sister company Cees Smit, was honored to help Agio to create a visually stunning and memorable stand for all exhibitors to see.
Van Straaten was selected by Agio because of the high-quality materials being used and van Straaten’s eye for detail. Van Straaten was the perfect candidate to make sure the booth represented the quality of Agio’s cigars.
What we delivered
For the stand van Straaten set up a 15 x 6 m booth and included full service, installation and dismantle of the entire booth, reproduction of graphics (combination of backlit and Blockout graphic), rental of award-winning pucklights, and the production and usage of carpet for the booth as well
Van Straaten was not only responsible for the creation of the booth itself. We also provided additional services during the event, for example possible reparation of existing items, such as wooden grids, glass showcases, cabinets and Aluvision frames. Production and repair of storage crates used to ship every single product from and of the show site. This shows that van Straaten makes sure that everything stays top-notch for the duration of the event.
