As an Account Support Specialist, you are the key link between our clients, account managers, and production teams. You ensure that projects run smoothly, communication stays clear, and that our clients receive the service and attention they deserve.

The role is evolving from an operational position to one that is more advisory and service-oriented. With our renewed order portal and AI support, you’ll have more time to guide clients, identify commercial opportunities, and truly think along with their business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient support to the field account managers in all commercial correspondence and client relationship management. You serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
  • Carefully enter data into the CRM system to ensure professional follow-up on quotes and order confirmations, and to keep all client data up to date.
  • Support clients and prospects during order processing and when transferring graphic materials.
  • Assist clients with (graphic) error messages in the portal and ensure smooth continuation of the order process.
  • Step in on larger or more complex projects that go beyond standard print assignments.
  • Adjust AI outputs at client level where needed.

Education, experience, and skills

  • MBO-4 diploma and experience in a commercial or graphic environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support or back office (preferably in print or signage).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office and Adobe, particularly in handling graphic files.
  • You communicate clearly, switch gears quickly, handle stress well, understand the dynamics of the live events sector, and keep an overview.
  • You have a commercial mindset, work independently, and enjoy being the connecting link between people and teams.

What we offer

  • A meaningful role in an innovative organization.
  • A friendly, driven team where collaboration comes first.
  • Plenty of room for growth, training, and personal development.
  • Excellent employment conditions (SIGN collective agreement) and pension plan.
  • A competitive salary between €3,200 and €3,950 based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • An inspiring workplace with the warm atmosphere of a family business.
