About the role
As a Finishing Packer, you’ll be part of the Finishing department. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the final inspection and packaging of our products based on order forms. Our products include large-format prints on textile and other materials.
Main tasks
- Carry out final quality checks and prepare products for shipment.
- Fold and pack finished productions.
Requirements
Education, experience & knowledge
- MBO-level education or equivalent working experience.
- At least three years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in a family-run company.
- Hands-on, enthusiastic, proactive and results-driven attitude. You’re flexible, structured and able to prioritize.
- Able to work accurately under pressure and during busy periods.
- Independent and comfortable working both in a team and on your own.
- Affinity with Van Straaten’s products or markets is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch (English and German are a plus).

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). The salary range is € 2,300 – € 2,750 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on education and experience.
