Sustainability, customisation and visual impact central in new partnership

Boesingheliede, 25 June 2025 – Royal Jaarbeurs has appointed Van Straaten as preferred supplier for all event branding and media exposure on and around the Jaarbeurs grounds from 1 July 2025. From entrance design to facade banners and brand campaigns: Van Straaten will be responsible for the visual appearance of events at Jaarbeurs. Van Straaten works together with a dedicated installation partner for Jaarbeurs, 2FAIR.

Innovative approach and focus on sustainability

The choice for Van Straaten is the result of a selection process in which quality, flexibility and sustainability were central. According to Jaarbeurs, Van Straaten stands out because of their innovative approach to branding and their sustainable working methods. The company works with circular materials, offers a recycling programme, has ISO 14001 certification and uses ClimateCalc to provide insight into CO₂ emissions. With more than 100 years of experience in large format print and visual brand communication, Van Straaten knows how to translate brand stories into powerful visual statements. The presence of its own team on the Jaarbeurs grounds, an in-house showroom and a 6,000 m² production location close to Schiphol Airport ensure speed, reliability and customisation. “We are extremely proud to prove ourselves at this location,” says Stephanie Moehamadkasbi, sales manager at Van Straaten. “This collaboration shows that sustainability and impact go perfectly well together.
